This 1-day course will enable the candidate to qualify in Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) RQF Level 3 Award (6 hour) and will include the Certified Forestry (+F) First Aid Course Module (2 hour) bolt-on training.

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
Upon successful completion and assessment qualification valid for 3 years. RQF Level 3 Award - 1 day / 6-hour course
This course covers the following topics to include;
- Primary survey - the unconscious casualty
- Responsibilities & Reporting
- CPR & AED
- Minor injuries
- Shock & bleeding
- Burns
- Choking
- Epilepsy
 Enables delegates to become Emergency First Aiders and satisfies HSE requirements.
Certified Forestry (+F) First Aid Course
The forestry specific module has been designed to provide the knowledge and competence for a learner to deal with emergency first aid situations in a forestry/agricultural environment. This qualification is designed to supplement a First Aiders existing First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work qualification and covers the recommended topics stated in the Forestry Commission First Aid policy 2015.

- Crush injuries
- Effects of extreme cold
